Service Agreement

By using JunkZilla services, you agree to these terms. We provide junk removal and disposal services in the Bakersfield area.

Pricing and Payment

All quotes are based on volume and weight. Pricing is provided upfront before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service.

Liability

While we take care to protect your property, JunkZilla is not responsible for damage caused by items being removed or property conditions not visible during inspection. We recommend obtaining our estimate before scheduling service.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a service fee.

Limitations of Liability

JunkZilla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
